Free Shipping
Every order includes free shipping, but just so you know, "free" simply means shipping is already built into the price of your cookies. You won't see a separate shipping charge at checkout, because it's already covered.
Why the price reflects this: Shipping frozen dough safely isn't cheap. It requires insulated packaging, dry ice, and expedited delivery to make sure your order arrives cold and fresh. Those costs add up quickly, which is why they're built into your product price rather than tacked on separately at checkout, a common approach for shipped frozen/perishable goods. So while the price per box may look higher than a bakery item you'd pick up locally, it already covers everything needed to get your dough to your door in perfect condition.
Dry Ice Warning: Please Read
Your package contains dry ice. Please use caution when opening your box.

Do NOT touch the dry ice with bare hands. It can cause serious skin injury similar to frostbite.

Use gloves or a towel if you need to handle the packaging around it.

Always open your package in a well-ventilated area. As dry ice warms, it releases carbon dioxide gas, which can build up in small, enclosed spaces.

Keep dry ice away from children and pets.

Do not store dry ice in a sealed/airtight container. Let any remaining dry ice sublimate (turn to gas) in a well-ventilated spot. Never put it down a drain or in the trash right away.

A Few More Things to Know

Please have someone available to bring your package inside as soon as possible after delivery, especially in warmer weather.

Orders are not shipped on major holidays. Any affected orders will ship the next available shipping day.

If your tracking shows "delivered" but you can't locate your package, please check with neighbors and your local post office/carrier before reaching out to us.

We ship Monday through Wednesday only.

Orders placed Thursday through Sunday will ship out the following Monday–Wednesday.

How Your Cookie Dough Is Shipped

Your frozen cookie dough is packed with dry ice to keep it cold during transit.

Your dough may arrive partially or even fully thawed. This is completely normal and does not affect the taste, quality, or safety of your product.

Every order is packed to travel well and arrive at its best.
Storage Instructions
Once your cookie dough arrives:

Store it in the freezer (best for long-term storage) or the refrigerator if you plan to bake soon.

If your dough has thawed in transit, it's safe to refreeze, and refreezing does not affect the taste or quality.

Bake-from-frozen instructions are included with your order, so there's no need to thaw before baking!

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order, including apartment/unit/floor numbers.

If a delivery correction is needed after your order ships, a $20 fee will apply.
